??The Last Smoothie recipe you will ever need = Raw vanilla kefir + Frozen cherries + Frozen banana + Frozen riced cauliflower+ Chocolate collagen/protein powder + Colostrum + Cold pitted dates + Flax seeds.
I have not met one person who has not loved this smoothie. It covers all your nutrition bases- and then some.
Kefir= Probiotics and fat
Frozen cherries = Vitamin C
Frozen cauliflower = Sulforaphane
Protein powder= Essential amino acids
Colostrum= Immunity
Dates= Carbohydrates
Flax seeds= Fiber/prebiotic (for menstruating and menopausal women can have so many more benefits, more on this in a later post)
