?Migraine Prevention Tea?= Feverfew + White Willow Bark + Sparkling water + Sweetener of choice
?
This is another tea I have been drinking throughout my trip. I carry a few dried herbs with me and it is so easy to brew tea anywhere and just add sweetener, ice, and sparkling water. Every morning and every evening I make it a fun ritual and it ensures a migraine free day for my loved ones and me. I find it works better as a daily prevention but I use it sometimes at onset of a migraine.
?
Clinical research shows that taking feverfew orally can reduce the frequency of migraine headaches and reduce symptoms of pain, nausea, vomiting, and sensitivity to light. It may also be more effective in people with more frequent migraine attacks. In one clinical study, feverfew (300 mg) and white willow bark (300 mg) was taken twice daily for 12 weeks and was shown to decrease migraine frequency, intensity, and duration.

Migraine sufferers know that a change in routine can sometimes bring upon migraines; adding this drink to my routine ensured a pain-and migraine-free trip!
