Sometimes we are unprepared for times of physical or emotional stress. Whether i anticipate a stressful event or not, I like to make this walnut butter and store it in the fridge. At least I know when I need it, I have something to snack on throughout the day when I do not feel like I can properly nourish myself. I can tell you, I have been through many jars of this walnut butter, I can throughly attest to the magic of ashwagandha!
?
In a food processor, I blend the walnuts until they start to make a butter (between 5-10 mins). I then add the ashwagandha power, powered rose petals, and honey in the last minute until they are fully incorporated. I eat it with with apples, on toast, with celery, with carrots, on pancakes, savory dishes and honestly, with just about anything.
